Wataneya is preparing to launch the second forum for alternative care, entitled “In the life of sponsorship”, which is expected to be at the end of next June, which will highlight the importance of sponsoring children without parental care in alternative families from more than one psychological, religious, social and legal aspect.
The forum presents experiences in sponsorship for alternative families, as well as experiences that young people lived with incubation, and this also takes time to answer the questions of those interested in the issue of sponsorship on the part of families wishing to sponsor and from the side of care homes and the challenges they face.
It is worth mentioning that Watania launched its first forum for the year 2021, Sanad for Alternative Care, last March, entitled “Empowering the Girl without Parental Care,” which brought together a group of interested and specialists in the field of alternative care, addressing the issue of the girl without parental care and her right to an equal opportunity and a positive view of those responsible for her care. And also the community around it.
