She founded “Nida Society” in 1997 for the rehabilitation and inclusion of children with hearing impairment; she was a volunteer CEO for more than a decade. In 2008 she founded Wataneya Society for the development of orphanages. She was awarded the Takreem Award for 2016 as the best Arab persona in humanitarian work.
