She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Ain Shams University in 2007, and received a training course in communication in Ain Shams University. She also received a training course that qualifies her to be a psychologist in educational counseling for children and adolescents from Ain Shams University.
Through volunteer work, she began to discover the world of children, her faculties and her passion also in dealing with children, especially those who are characterized by exceptional life circumstances, such as children who are "impaired of hearing and speech".

Here was her first stop in working life, where she worked as a specialist for the rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children in the Nidaa Association, through which she enriched her skill in dealing with children in general and children with hearing impairments in particular. And here was her second stop when she joined the work team of a national association as a psychologist. It was necessary to research, study, and acquire new knowledge and knowledge that would enable her to deal effectively with children in orphanages, so she studied and obtained the Pearson International Certificate to promote the growth of children from 0-18 years old and a certified trainer at the Aman Center for Learning and Development of a national association. It provided about 1,000 training and workshops at the Aman Training Center, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, alternative care homes and students of some universities on the following topics (child protection, alternative quality standards, child behavior management, learning promotion, learning through play, characteristics of caregivers and the nature of work within alternative care homes). Provided about 500 technical consultations to alternative care homes, the Ministry of Social Solidarity, students, volunteers, sponsors and initiatives
She also obtained an EFQM (Accredited Internal Resident) certificate, and participated in the evaluation of about 65 alternative care homes and social defense and homeless institutions in 7 governorates.

She believes that every child inside is a genius and just wants a chance to bring that genius into the light.
